BEFORE YOU BUY

The details that matter, all in one place.

Will this work with my region and platform?

The global key or Family Link method is available for customers in these countries:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • Japan
  • Mexico
  • Spain
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

If you use this global link method, your Disney account must be set to the United States. You can change your region at my.disney.com/edit/region. Do this BEFORE accepting the Family invite, or it will result in delayed delivery.

If your country is not on this list, you will be buying a code to redeem on the Epic Games Store.

What am I buying?
Each listing is a different delivery option for Forsworn Trooper: a linking service, a redeemable code, or an activated MyDisney account with a written guide. The activated account is not an Epic Games or Fortnite account with the outfit already in its locker. These options are not interchangeable. Confirm the exact contents and requirements with support before paying.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is arranged after availability, eligibility and payment are confirmed. Support will provide an estimated window before you commit. No instant delivery or fixed completion time is promised.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. No refunds are offered after purchase, except where required by applicable law. Please confirm the product, account eligibility and delivery requirements before paying.
Is this an official store?
No. TrooperSuits.com is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Fortnite or Disney. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
What should I share with support?
Start with the product, your region and your platform. For Family Link orders, enter the email address associated with your Disney account after checkout. Do not send passwords, two-factor authentication codes, recovery codes or payment-card details through an inquiry.
